Here at Birota when we say “A bicycle for life!” we really mean that and stand behind our product and our customers 100%.
We take our responsibilities very seriously and offer a top quality after sales service as well as a very competitive warranty (detailed warranty info below).
As we are relatively new to the market we have a select group of dealers which is constantly expanding and diversifying.
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your bicycle we always recommend you contact the dealer you purchased your product from in the first instance.
We are based in Holland and keep a substantial inventory of spare parts as well as experts who are able to advise and assist with just about any query regarding your bicycle.
We also welcome any comments or suggestions regarding our product or the entire purchasing and using experience with Birota – so please do not hesitate to contact us – “A bicycle for Life = A friend for life”
Warranty Information
Lifetime warranty – Original Owner
All frames are covered by original owner lifetime warranty.
2 Year warranty
All other parts are covered by a 2 year warranty including, crank set, stem, rims, steer, saddle & pipe, hubs, bottom bracket, brake sets, cables, gears and grips.
What is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear on tires, tubes, brakes, gear cables, brake pads etc., are not covered.
Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse.
Improper assembly and/or lack of proper maintenance, sanding, grinding, wire brushing, filing, welding, brazing, drilled holes, anodizing, repainting, or chrome plating is not covered under your warranty and may void the warranty.
Things that may void your warranty
Competitive racing and any commercial activity i.e. Rental fleets, courier use, Police or security use.
Installing or modifying components other than those originally installed, or recommended by Birota Bicycles.
Purchasing a Birota Bicycle from an unauthorized dealer.
Making a Warranty Claim
Contact any authorized Birota Bicycles dealer in your area.
You will need to provide your authorized dealer with proof that you are the first owner by showing your original sales receipt.
If you have moved or are unable to contact the dealer you bought your bike from, any other Birota dealer is authorized to handle your warranty questions. Your local authorized dealer will provide the best solutions and advice for all your warranty questions. Bring the complete bicycle to your authorized dealer for inspection.
